Subcontractors, are you taking the time to learn how your trade intersects with and impacts others during the new construction cycle?

Being an expert in your trade is not enough for your company to stand out in a crowded field…you must invest in your team’s general construction knowledge in order to learn how you impact other trades on the jobsite, and to get in front of how other trades may hinder your ability to perform.

Expressing to your builder customers (in the office as well as the field) your general construction knowledge greatly reduces their perception of risk in hiring your company…which greatly enhances your chances of being awarded the contract.
