Our Core Philosophy:

The Principles I Build Businesses By

I don’t run businesses by the book. I run them by what works.

I’ve built two multimillion-dollar construction companies, installed work in over 68,000 homes, and personally sold more than $300 million in contracts — not through theory or gimmicks, but by understanding human nature, building trust, and leading with purpose.

I believe people do business with people they like. Culture matters. Accountability matters. Communication matters. And leadership means removing roadblocks, giving your team the tools to win, and treating everyone — employees, suppliers, customers — with respect. You can grow fast, scale smart, and make real money without hurting people. That’s how I’ve done it, and that’s what I teach.

My Core Tenets:

·        Likeability drives sales. No trust, no rapport — no deal.

·        Remove roadblocks, then demand results. Equip your team, then hold the line.

·        Pay your crews— on time, every time, and in full. No excuses. And that check better clear.

·        Culture is a multiplier. People who feel like they belong will give you more.

·        Profit doesn’t require hurting people. You can win big and do right by your team, suppliers, and clients.

·        Relationships > Branding. Trust outperforms logos every time.

·        Do what you say. And when problems come up, communicate fast.
