Yes. We conduct remote consultations via Zoom, tailored to your company’s needs. Group calls are welcome — bring your team.
How long is a consultation call?
We offer a complimentary 30-minute exploratory call (one per company), and full consultations are booked in 60-minute sessions.
Is there a fee for the initial 30-minute exploration consultations?
Nope. It’s on us. One per company. We use it to learn your challenges and make sure we’re a fit — not to sell you a seminar.
What is your fee structure, and will rates go up?
Remote consultations are billed hourly. Onsite engagements are booked by the day or week. Rates are fixed for each client — no surprise increases down the road.
Does BuilderBeast Consulting do onsite consultations?
Yes. We’ll travel to your office, jobsite, or facility for immersive, full-day or multi-day consulting sessions.
Am I locked into a contract or minimum number of sessions?
Nope. There’s zero obligation. You book as needed — whether it’s a one-time strategy session or ongoing advisory support.
Can multiple people from my organization participate?
Yes — and we encourage it. The session time is yours to use how you see fit.

Yes — we speak at corporate events, trade shows, and professional association meetings across the country.
