Don’t Be Afraid to Think BIG

I focused hard on sales and we grew — 30 homes a week before long.
Then one day, my boss dropped a bomb on me: “Your mission is to get us to 100 homes a week.”
I was furious. How the hell are we supposed to do that?
Being the good soldier, I got to work.
Fast forward to 2004, at the peak of the market — we were installing over 350 homes a week across the entire state of Florida. Shortly after hitting that milestone, we were acquired by a national window manufacturer.
What I learned changed the way I think forever:
👉 A number is just a number.
👉 Don’t be afraid of scale.
👉 Think bigger — and go after it.
If you think small, you’ll grow small.
If you think big… the ceiling moves.
